Spring Sidewalk Extravaganza – March 31st
The merchants of downtown Lodi display and sell their merchandise on the sidewalks and celebrate the spring season.

Photos with the Easter Bunny – Saturday & Sunday, March 31 & April 1
Children can visit the Easter Bunny inside the Old Woolworth Building and take their picture for a nominal charge.

Farmer’s Market – Thursdays, June 7th – September 27th
The Farmers Market: The Award winning Downtown Lodi Farmers Market is another premier event sponsored by the Downtown Lodi Business Partnership. Beginning on the first Thursday in June and ending in September, the 17 week Farmers Market is a community wide event that draws up to 7000 visitors to the Downtown Business Core.

Whether you are looking for fresh produce, unique arts and crafts, wonderful food, or live entertainment, the Farmers Market is the place to be. Besides finding a wide variety of locally grown produce fit for any table, you will find the newly designed and expanded Beer and Wine Garden . The inviting downtown setting affords you the comfort of outdoor summer seating in the shade while sampling some of Lodi 's finest beer, wine and food. About 70 vendors participate at each event, selling antiques, arts & crafts and commercial items. There are also approximately 20 to 25 food vendors who sell everything from hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, pizza, etc. Also available is Philippine and Chinese food. You can also get ice cream, soft drinks, and coffee.

Attention Food Vendors: Because there is a great demand for Food Vendors at the Farmers Market and rarely any turnover, we have a long waiting list for prospective food vendors. 70th Annual Grape Festival Youth Parade – Saturday, September 15th
Local children dress up according to the chosen theme and parade down the streets of downtown Lodi. The participants receive a goody bag and ice cream.

Octoberfest Block Party - Saturday, October 6

Downtown Safe Halloween – Saturday, October 27th
Over 500 local children dress in the Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses for a few hours and then parade down School Street. A winner from each age group is chosen and receives a goody bag for a prize!

Winterfest –  Saturdays beginning November 24th through December 15th
Downtown Lodi is decorated for the Holiday Season by participating merchants that enter the window display and lighting contests. Free carriage rides and carolers stroll the streets of downtown and children can take their photos with Santa for a nominal charge.

Downtown Holiday Open House & Bizarre - Saturday, December 1st

12th Annual Parade of Lights – Thursday, December 6th
A city wide event which invites about 20,00 people to downtown to come and gaze at 100 lighted floats submitted by local businesses, service groups and citizens.
